As a participating organization, MTMC is providing information and tools for the public to talk about their wishes with family, friends and healthcare providers, and execute written advance directives (healthcare power of attorney and living will) in accordance with California state laws. Beginning Saturday April 11th through Sunday April 19th, MTMC is welcoming the public throughout the day to the main lobby and the Out Patient Lab with free information about advance care planning and advance directive forms....

The first gathering is a "Sunrise Service" at 630am, held at Cherokee Creek Ranch at 769 Dogtown Road. At 10am, a worship service will be held at Bret Harte HS in the Multipurpose Room.
