Sonora, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Department..."First bust of the new year happens quickly. Deputy V. Lee was patrolling highway 108 just after midnight on New Year’s morning when he noticed a speeding vehicle make an illegal lane change. Deputy Lee stopped the vehicle and soon learned the driver, 37-year-old Chad Hosburgh of Winton, was on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS).
