Numbers below as of 2 p.m. Crews continuing to find significant damage to equipment and down trees causing access issues. Working through it all to restore as many customers as possible by the end of the day."

Tuolumne, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Dept..."We have been informed by Frontier about a hard-line phone outage in the Tuolumne City area. Frontier stated they are conducting maintenance on their equipment which is causing the service interruption. Frontier was unable to give us an estimated service restoration time. This does not affect our dispatch center for emergency and non-emergency calls and should not have an affect on cell phone service.

Sonora, California – March 15, 2020 - The Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools (TCSOS) in partnership with the county's eleven school districts, serving more than 6,000 students combined, announced today that all public schools in the county will close, effective Monday, March 16, in an effort to provide time for planning for a possible long term shut down.
