This week Chef James also has the assistance of Paul Mundy, one of Ironstone;s Event Coordinator's, who shows how easy it is for anyone to master James's Recipes. In addition to teaching a perennially sold out series of cooking classes, Ironstone is one of the finest places in our area to host meetings, Weddings, Corporate Events and much more. All of these events can be catered by Chef James and his staff.....

Greetings from Manhattan Beach.....As tired as I was I got that adrenaline rush the minute I saw the royal blue, soft lilac, golden ocher, and pale peach lit towers from the window of my plane welcoming me to LAX. I could not wait to hit the tarmac! As I burst through the glass double doors there he was in the silver Volvo his blonde locks dangling onto his forehead and radiant smile peering from beneath his well-groomed goatee.....

Murphys, CA....This week on Courses #7, Chef James talks "Chicken!" In this episode. Ironstone's Executive Chef James Lehman if fulfilling a viewer request. A viewer from Livermore who also attended one of his cooking classes wanted to know the proper way to butcher a chicken. So Chef James takes you step by step through the correct butchering techniques. He takes a whole chicken and cuts it into eight sections ready for further use...
