Murphys, CA...The 2023 Grape Stomp is Going on Now! A look back at last year. The 2022 Calaveras Grape Stomp & Gold Rush Street Fair are in the books. The Dwelley Devastators Crushed the Competition to Take 2022 Calaveras Grape Stomp with 18.32 lbs of juice. Their wine gives them bragging rights and Murphys street cred that will last even after their reign is over. It was great to see Murphys Community park filled and a good crowd on Main Street. The crowd may not have been quite back to pre-covid levels but the Grape Stomp is back and already looking forward to the 30th Annual Grape Stomp in 2023! We have almost a hundred photos and wide shot video of the Costume Contest, Semi-Final and Finals. We also have some highlight video from the Gold Rush Street Fair on Main Street and a bit of handheld Grape Stomp video.

Murphys, CA...The 31st Murphys Annual Gold Rush Street Faire will fill Main Street in Murphys, California this Saturday October 7, 2023 10 a.m. to 5 pm. Main Street in Murphys, California will temporarily become a pedestrian mall on October 7 when the Gold Rush Street Faire, a popular long-lived event, hosts over 60 artisans and crafts people selling their wares. This small-town event hits it big with shopping, music, and the iconic tri-tip pit barrel barbecue sandwiches sold by Feeney Park Volunteers to support the local community sports fields. Dao’s Delights, a local vendor specializing in fresh lemonade and Vietnamese spring rolls will supplement the culinary offerings. Local restaurants will be open during the event.
