Calaveras Arts Council is now offering affordable art classes at the Gallery Store location at 22 N. Main Street in San Andreas. Local Calaveras artist, Libby Fife, is teaching a beginning art class on how to create a color wheel. In this one day class, you will learn to make a version of a “split” primary color chart that uses both a “cool” to “warm” version of each of the three primary colors in a your watercolor kit.
