Power Outage Update...The List is Long & Bulk Of Hwy 4 Outage Should Be Repaired By Noon |

Arnold, CA...PG&E has informed us that the bulk of the Hwy 4 customers back online by noon. The long list of outages at this time. Arnold 33 outages for 4600 not moving current. Avery 1 outage affecting 75 customers. Cedar Ridge has 2 outages with 333 down. Dorrington is down to 4 outages with 306 with refrigerators closed. Forest Meadows has 2 outages with 819 gated safely without power. Greeley Hill has 33 in the dark. Groveland 44. Long Barn has 153 on candle power. Mi - Wuk Village has 579 Villagers getting ready to eat all their ice cream. Mokelumne Hill has 60 customers staring at dark TV screens. Phoenix Lake has 33 with kids that want their gamesystems. Pine Mountain Lake has 39 that would rather be flying. Pioneer has 1250 wanting to charge their cell phones. Sonora has 473 customers tapping remotes that wont respond. Strawberry has 230 customers bundling up and going sledding. Tuolumne has 395 heading to Black Oak. Twain Harte has 19 outages and 1177 bundled up by the fire. Volcano has 116 parents ready to erupt because kids keep asking when power will be back on. West Point has 65 customers without and 35 of those will somehow blame it on Growers.

Rail Road Flat, CA...Michael Jack Spadoni, of Rail Road Flat, CA died on January 12, 2017 at Avalon Health Care in San Andreas, due to complications from Alzheimer’s Disease. Mike was born on January 14, 1942 to Eva Jensen Spadoni and Gene Spadoni in San Francisco, CA. Mike graduated from Burlingame High School in 1959 and later served in the California State Army National Guard. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University East Bay. He married Virginia Boyle and had two daughters, Theresa and Lisa.

West Point, CA...Due to the storm and the hazardous road conditions, our mobile pantry will not come to West Point today. We are postponing for a week - weather permitting we are rescheduling for next Tuesday, January 17th. Please give us a call at 754-1257 if you have any questions.

"We had the pleasure of donating the mountain of toys that we have collected the last few weeks for Chips for Kids to the Resource Connection in San Andreas. The citizens of Calaveras County went above and beyond with their generosity and will really make Christmas happier for lots of Calaveras County children."
