Bear Valley Snow Report for February 5th , 2009

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 02/05/2009 07:59 AM
SNOW IN THE FORECAST....A change in the weather is forecasted with snow starting to fall Wednesday night and into Thursday. A second wave of weather will drop more snow starting on Friday. If you like fresh snow, this weekend is shaping up just for you. Looks as though these systems could bring us .05 to .75 inches of water which translates into 6"-9" or so! Stay tuned to our forecasts for more info and come on up and rip some lines with us. Safety tip for the day: You are responsible for inspecting Freestyle Terrain before initial use and throughout the day. The features vary in size and change constantly due to snow conditions, weather, usage, grooming and time of day. Do not jump blindly. Use a spotter. Want a tip on where to ride? Ask a patroller, they'll love to give you the inside track on where the gettin' is good. Also, if you need any questions answered while around the lodge, seek out any staff member with a Bear Valley Mtn logo on their jacket and they'll be happy to help out.....
