Bear Valley, CA...Bear Valley Mountain currently has a 91" Base with 18" of new snow in the last 7 days. A split flow pattern off the coast is giving us wish-washy info on predicting snowfall for this week. As always this type of system is very hard to forecast. We will see some snowfall but how much is still a guess at best. Make sure to check the Sierra Avalanche Center for the current advisory! Always carry your beacon, shovel and probe and the knowledge on how to use them while in the side country or beyond! Take No Chances!! Ride responsibly!! peace out, Mattly
