The high today will be around 51F with variable winds in the a.m. from 5-10mph the shifting to the SSW in the afternoon. Sunny and warmer conditions will be on tap for the next handful of days with a day or so of mixed precipitation showing up on Thursday. The pressure gradient will tighten up a bit come Monday so some breezy conditions look to be on the horizon.The Nic Dodov Slopestyle event happens today as well as an Easter egg hunt for Sunday. Paul Says: March 31st - Saturday at 7:30am: The temps will be a bit warmer for the next few days giving us beautiful spring conditions with "fast" snow in the morning and softening up by late morning. Tons of great XC skiing out there so come up and get it while you can! XC ski trails, meadow, and tubing areas are open Wednesday through Monday this week and closed to the public on Tuesday. Remember that the trail system opens at 9am and closes at 4:30pm - please, no early or late access on the trails! RETAIL SALE: 35% off all winter clothing and 30%-45% off XC skis, bindings and boots. Bear Valley, CA...The 5th annual Nickolay Dodov Slopestyle Competition is happening at Bear Valley! It will be a day full of friends, fun, and good vibes! Registration starts at 9 am in the Sun Room with practice runs beginning at 10 am. The slopestyle competition will begin at 11 am with awesome prizes being awarded after the competition. Cost is $20 to participate.
