Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! The current approaching system has slowed a bit and last nights snowfall potential has shifted to Friday. The high today looks to be around 39F with breezy conditions as a SW wind will range from 16-25mph with gusts as high as 38mph. Warmer temps are in the mix for the next handful of days so we will see a higher snowfall level than we did for the last system. Light snowfall will be associated with this system through the weekend. These systems will bring scattered snow shower activity with only a few inches of snow expected during the next 2-3days as moisture aloft is low. Next week looks to be more active with snow and colder temps so stay tuned as model agreements are still a little conflicting. We are continuing to open more terrain as the recent storm cycle gave us the snow we all need here in Central/NorCal. Remember to ride safe, respect the Code and have a great time doing it. Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People!. 6″ OF NEW SNOW OVERNIGHT AND SKIES ARE CURRENTLY CLEARING!A beautiful day of skiing/riding is on tap as the vibe yesterday was off the hook. So many folks were in the “element and enjoying what we cal”Pure Mtn Fun”. Today we’ll see a high around 25F with WNW winds from 3-6mph. A few days of mostly sunny skies will prevail then we will see a return of more snowfall by Thursday. As with any Resort in Central/NorCal during this storm, we’re all working hard with snow removal, Mtn Operations and more , some closures may be in effect due to high winds and heavy snowfall. Please consider riding with a partner during these deep snow days as tree well immersions are possible. Remember to ride safe, respect the Code and have a great time doing it.
