Need Office Space for 100? Why Not The Utica?

Posted by: John_Hamilton on 03/24/2013 08:26 PM
Angels Camp, CA....As the pace of Economic Development discussion picks up one question that seems to come up repeatedly is if a company moves up here where would they go. Well there more options than someone might initially think. For example the Utica Hotel in historic downtown Angels Camp. While the optimum use of this property would be for it to be upgraded into a showcase, art deco era hotel a good intermediate might be as an office space. You could maintain the historic facade lease out the retail space and still be able to easily house 50-100 for a Tech or R&D facility in the hotel portion. When speaking with David Hanham, Planning Director for Angels Camp they would be very excited to help with a company moving to the facility and structure it so it would be cost effective.

Reggie Jackson is a longtime friend of Alex's and Macaila's Mother, Seanie Marshall's goal ws to bring the community together with an old school baseball theme and raise money for Bret Hart programs and say thank you to the community for their support...
