Angels Camp, CA...The Show of Hope Charity Fashion Show filled the Bret Harte Multipurpose Room on Friday night. This great senior project for Ryan Mendenhall with catering provided by Emma White as her senior project was a great uplifting and fasionable event. The beneficiary was the Sonora Regional Cancer Center who is also treating Ryan's father as he battles cancer...

Angels Camp, CA...Grace Hills Bible Church of Angels Camp will host two Easter celebrations this Sunday, April 8th. A "sunrise service" is scheduled for 630am at Cherokee Creek Vineyard, 769 Dogtown Road in Angels Camp. In addition, Grace Hills will host its regularly scheduled worship service at 10am, meeting in the Multipurpose Room on the campus of Bret Harte High School. Angels Camp, CA...The Angels Camp Museum and Carriage House is pleased to host the April Monthly Membership meeting for ACBA. Museum Director Craig Hadley will provide a tour of the Museum starting at 5:15 PM. The ACBA Membership Meeting will commence at 6 PM in the Carriage House. We also will be continuing the business networking skills we learned in the March member meeting by allowing any member or Angels Camp business to conduct their 30 second infomercials. The local winery featured this month will be Frog’s Tooth Vineyards...

Water Conditions: New Melones Lake is currently holding 1,982,470 acre-feet of water. The lake level has been steady for the last three months and came up about a foot over the last two weeks. It is currently at 1051 ft. above sea level and 37 ft. from full. The water temperature is 53-58 degrees and clear with mud lines forming around the shore on windy days....
Nicholas Collins-Yarnell caught a nice limit of trout. He was trolling a Cripplure near the dam.
