Elémentaire is the creation of two professional cooks dedicated to helping take the mystery out of making delicious meals from scratch. Our goal is to educate through the use of culinary terms and techniques and also inspire, through the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients, all who watch to make their own meals to enjoy at home. Every Sunday Night at 8pm we will premier another, great, new episode of Elémentaire with Jenny & Dave.

Starting this Saturday, November 9th, Officers will be standing by to collect your new, unwrapped toys to the following Stuff the Bus, Pack the Patrol Car events. Angels Camp, CA..A grand opening ceremony scheduled for Friday, November 8, will launch Angels Camp’s newest retail operation. Smokin’ Angels, located at 422 N. Main Street, will as the name implies carry a complete line of smoking products and accessories, including over 50 lines of electronic cigarettes and a full range of cigars, as well as body jewelry, clothing and electronic accessories. Smokin’ Angels’ owner, Megan Davidson, is not new to the business. She and her father James Davidson have had a wholesale warehouse in Modesto for ten years that distributes tobacco products and accessories and serves over 300 business owners in the Central Valley, Bay Area and Northern California. They also have a retail operation in Modesto that focuses on smoking products and accessories but has expanded into other merchandise...

Sonora, CA...The Bureau of Reclamation’s Central California Area Office has rescheduled the C.A.S.T. (Catch a Special Thrill) for Kids fishing event which had previously been scheduled for Oct. 12 at New Melones Lake but was cancelled due to the federal government shutdown. The event will now be held on Saturday, Nov. 9, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at New Melones Lake’s Tuttletown Boat Launch in the Tuttletown Recreation Area. New Melones Lake is located in Calaveras and Tuolumne counties, approximately 60 miles east of Stockton, Calif...
