Angels Camp, CA....Just a reminder, we are entering our regular tee time season beginning March 1, 2010. On February 15, 2010, tee time reservations may be made 2 weeks in advance for before 10AM, and thirty days in advance for times proceeding 10AM.

Big Trail Plans Highlight City Council Meeting |

Angels Camp, CA...The Angels Camp City Council Meeting was filled with business and community friendly items Tuesday night. One that has enormous potential to burnish Angels Camp's reputation of being the "Launching Pad" for Mountain Biking and Hiking activities is a proposed trail plan along Angels Creek. The proposed trail now in the preliminary planning phases would run for 4 1/2 miles along the creek and it would have an even larger impact if it could tied into the trail system at New Melones. The City Council chose RRM Design Group from Oakdale to prepare the plans. There was almost unanimous consent from Council that this project will..

Angels Camp, CA...A surveyor was working most of the day today on the proposed McDonald's site in Frog Jump Plaza He didn't want us to to use his name but he did confirm that he was working on the site plan for the Golden Arches. Many in our are feel that this McDonald's the first in the County will do very well...

The AMA Youth Wrestling Tournament Filled the Gym |

Angels Camp, CA...The Bret Harte campus was ground zero for young grapplers this weekend for the Annual AMA Youth Wrestling Tournament of Champions Qualifier. Teams from our surrounding area filled the place to overflowing. Wrestling is definitely "Big Time" here in the Motherlode. The Motherlode Wrestling Association holds a group of three qualifying meets leading up the Championships at the end of February at Columbia College...
