San Andreas, CA...Buck is about 1 year old. A busy little Dacshund/Beagle mix. He's an independent guy who is a bit aloof at first meeting but who will reward patience with an exuberant response when called and vault happily into your lap for a quick kiss. Molly is a 57 pound Pit around a year old. Very puppy like but great on coming when called. Good on leash and really wants to please so corrects very well. Molly is not a ball player but wants to play with humans and really wants to sit in human laps. Molly is eager to learn...

Bear Valley, CA...We have our first white flakes of the season on the forecast and lets hope this light system will take the rest of the heat out of the Rim Fire. For Today...Rain showers before 5pm, then rain, possibly mixed with snow showers. Temperature rising to near 50 by 11am, then falling to around 43 during the remainder of the day. Breezy, with a southwest wind 18 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Tonight Rain and snow showers likely, becoming all rain showers after 8pm, then gradually ending. Snow level 7900 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Southwest wind 7 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected...
Ironstone Winery Concours d'Elegance is September 28th This Year

Murphys, CA...Next Saturday the Ironstone Winery Concours d'Elegance for 2013 will roll onto the manicured grounds of Ironstone Vineyards. Concours Weekend is our favorite weekend of the year in Murphys. As a teaser what follows is some of our coverage from last year's event where a beautiful 1903 Cadillac A Rear Entrance Tonneau owned by Turlock's Tom Watling took Best of Show honors in the over 100 year old category. Best of Show for the younger vehicles went to the National Auto Museum's 1933 Cadillac V16 Fleetwood Convertible once owned by Al Jolsen. One spectacular unrestored car deserves special mention. The winner in the Unrestored Category was a 1948 Oldsmobile Sedan with under 8,000 original miles and near flawless condition. Original paint and the owner even has the original tires in storage. Lawrence Camuso from San Jose should be justifiably proud of this exquisite auto....
