| Murphys, CA...In the early morning of a beautiful fall day George Delbert Taufer departed this earthly existence. There are so many friends and loved ones who will dearly miss him and his gentle ways. He was a great role model, teacher and coach over a 35 year career at Hopkins Jr. High School in Fremont, CA. But his greatest accomplishments centered around the love and caring he showed for his wife and family. He was a man of God and his faith was strong. He was a service oriented man who gave much of his time and energy to people in need including ward members and hurricane victims... |
