Murphys, CA...Hovey Winery is excited to welcome long time Murphys resident and Hovey Wine Club member Terri Wilson. Terri has been producing art for a number of years. Her preferred mediums are oils and acrylics, although she is adept with watercolor, pastel and graphite. Terri has studied under the tutelage of many talented artists including Carolyn McPhearson, Jill Figler, Martha Wallace, Milt Kobayashi and Diana Boyd.

Angels Camp, CA...Don't miss the AMA Annual Crab Feed. This year the festivities are on February 10th at Mark Twain Hall at Frogtown. The fun starts at 6:00pm with the No Host Bar. There will be Music, Door Raffle, Silent Auction & 50/50 Prizes. Dinner is at 7:00pm and the All You Can Eat Dinner is only $40 per person.

Red Cross Preparedness Fair in San Andreas February 24th |

San Andreas, CA...Volunteers with the American Red Cross in the Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Amador counties are organizing a community outreach event focused on safety and preparedness. On average, the American Red Cross Gold Country Region responds to home fires every eight hours. In addition to home fires, volunteers in the region respond to flooding, wildfires, lightning strikes, and more. Being prepared can help save lives.
