One Columbia Man Arrested and Another Being Sought for Burglary.

Columbia, CA...On Wednesday morning, Deputies were called out to N. Sunshine Road for a reported burglary of two adjoining businesses. Deputies found damage to a mail slot near the door of the automotive shop in which 23-year-old Camron McFadden and 37-year-old Johnny McMaster of Columbia used to gain entry inside.

Sacramento, CA...The Bureau of Reclamation’s Mid-Pacific Region released the Draft Central Valley Project Final Cost Allocation Study. A public meeting on the Draft Central Valley Project Final Cost Allocation Study will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Cottage Way Federal Building, 2800 Cottage Way, C1001 & C1002, Sacramento. There will be an informal presentation and comments will be accepted.

Oh yes, and a few things the rafting customers would want, t-shirts, hats, sunscreen, etc. It became obvious that The Eddy Mart was getting too big to operate out of a garage when the whitewater kayaks came. Traffic Update....Hwy 140 Re-Opening Through Ferguson Fire Burn Scar

MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the California Highway Patrol re-opened State Route 140 (SR-140) in and near the Ferguson Fire burn scar just after 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019. SR-140, which was shut down just after 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, was closed for more than 11 hours. This was due to an ongoing storm that impacted the roadway.
