MLL League Football Play Is Underway. Calaveras, Sonora & Amador Start In The Win Column (Updated With Video) |
Posted by: thepinetree on 09/27/2014 08:35 AM
|
Angel Camp, CA...As MLL League play started in earnest for 2014 we webcast the 2014 Big Game last night where the Redskins stomped the Frogs. Bret Harte proved they could move the ball but turnovers killed their early drives and their chances of staying with their cross county rivals. Calaveras High's running game was especially effective. Their passing game did have high points of it's own in racking up a 92 yard passing play touchdown. The final was 42 - 7 and Calaveas retains bragging rights for another year. Amador dropped the Bears with a 21 -14 final. Sonora rolled over Argonaut 41 - 22.
