Letter to the Editor...."Shot in the foot...Come and Support Trinitas" ~Opinion by Hugo and Sharon Scotto

Posted by: thepinetree on 08/19/2009 08:57 AM
San Andreas, CA..."You know the county is going to lose if this case goes to trial. I don’t know what is true and what isn’t but I know the county isn’t saying either, because they know they have made mistakes so they are just closing their eyes and hoping this will all blow away! The planning department and probably other departments have made errors in the handling of the Nemee’s golf course development and then they gave up and handed it to the supervisors to settle. So if it goes to court, the county will have to pay out a big settlement to the Nemees and then they will take their money and go to another county, build another beautiful golf course where they will be welcomed and that county will enjoy the revenue...

Letter to the Editor~by Hugo and Sharon Scotto

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 07/23/2009 04:22 PM
Dear Editor..."Maybe I don’t have all of the facts, but my sense of decency tells me that it is pretty cruel of the county officials to watch a beautiful golf course being constructed in this county over several years with the head of the planning department supposedly going with the Nemees to secure a loan for part of the construction.
