Judge Allows Foreclosure Procedings to Proceed Against Trinitas. ~By John Hamilton Classic Video Interview Enclosed |
Posted by: John_Hamilton on 02/11/2012 12:03 PM

Burson, CA...As many of you may have heard or read Judge Sargis who has been handling the bankruptcy proceedings on the Trinitas Golf Course has allowed the foreclosure process to move forward. With the bankruptcy in place this will still allow for a few more weeks of legal proceedings so the auction of the property is still far from a foregone conclusion. The first window for a sale would be mid March. One question we have had is would the property sell? It has an appraised or estimated value of 2 Million which is about 1/2 of what is owed. If so how much would the bank be able to recover and this begs the question that if the price is low enough might there be some way for friendly parties to the Nemees to acquire the property and the whole Trinitas saga to just enter a new phase. While everyone is already predicting the final end to our longest running development saga somehow I feel we haven't heard the last of this project. It may infact just be a new beginning. Just my opinion but time will tell. Enclosed is a golf cart interview from 2008 that we conducted with Mike Nemee where he covers some of the questions that have been core to this case...
