Central Sierra Connect is a program of the Amador-Tuolumne Community Action Agency. Our vision is to bridge the digital divide by bringing broadband to the people and the people to broadband. Right now, that vision is threatened by inaccurate information being used by decision makers in Sacramento and Washington D.C. Our region needs high speed, broadband Internet service in order to grow and prosper in today’s economy. We need to get accurate information into the hands of those who fund the projects that can make that happen. Valley Springs, Ca...At the Valley Springs Ball Field on July 9th, 2014, the dynamic duo of Suprecret had everybody grooving with their quick wit, original songs, and their own take on some of the classics. With the Arts Council passing out frisbees and hula hoops donated from Mark Twain Medical Center, the Ball Field was a perfect venue; the crowd was able to spread out so there was room to relax, dance, or play, wherever the tunes took you...

Valley Springs Woman Sustains Major Injuries When Her Jeep Overturns in Calaveras River |

| Valley Springs, CA....A 16 year old Valley Springs woman sustained major injuries and had to be assisted by water rescue before being flown to UC Davis on Thursday Night. Her Jeep overturned into the Calaveras River off of Hogan Dam Road. Additional details are enclosed.... |

| Jenny Lind, CA...Things have been busy in the Valley Springs area. Crews just finished up the vehicle into the water incident and now an uncious person was found on the side of the roadway near Hwy 26 & Jenny Lind Road. It's going to be a long weekend....let's be careful out there.. |
