This Week at the CHS Thrift Store Adoption Center -"Posie" plus 8 other kittens!

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 07/14/2011 10:33 AM
Arnold, CA...Stop by the CHS Thrift Store Adoption Center in Arnold this week, Thurs - Sat., 10-5pm. Located in Meadowmont next to Big Trees Market - Phone 209-795-GIVE. "Posie" is a beautiful 13 week old, short haired gray and white spayed female kitten. She loves to just play, play, play with the other kittens and with toys. She'll crack you up with her little "kitty chatter"! She is hesitant until she becomes accustomed to you, but then that purr motor takes off when you rub her head and she is very loving. A wonderful kitten!

Grand Independence Day Parade!

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 07/11/2011 12:33 AM
Arnold, CA....The Greater Arnold Business Association hosted the 30th Annual Independence Day Parade themed “Celebrate Freedom” for hundreds of enthusiastic locals and visitors on July 2, 2011 in downtown Arnold. Grand Marshalls of this year’s parade were representatives of local Service Organizations, the Arnold Rotary, the Ebbetts Pass Moose and the Arnold Lions. Recognition of the many hours and many years of hard work and determination towards causes and the betterment of the community, as signified by this year’s theme, made this distinction a very easy decision......

Over 170 Photos Above. We would like to thank Cedar Creek Realty for Sponsoring our Parade Coverage.

The 4th of July weekend turned out to be a busy weekend on the Highway 4 corridor with great fishing in the places where you could fish.
We are still getting plenty of fish planted. White Pines, Beaver Creek, North Fork of the Stanislaus, Union Reservoir, Lake Alpine, and Angels Creek were planted this past week. White Pines Lake, Angels Creek, Beaver Creek and Mosquito Lake will be planted this week. Should be another awesome fishing week on our corridor.
