Arnold, CA...Cheers from the SNAC Arnold Crew! SNAC Arnold's winter rental & tuning department wishes you a Happy New Year and fresh tracks! The store is open every day from 8a - 6p. If you are renting, come the day before between 3-5 and we'll try to set you up so you can head straight to the mountain the next morning. We're pretty busy getting incoming rentals between 5-6 so can't process, but you can still shop! We're open regular hours on New Year's Eve day and New Year's Day. Bring your skis and boards in and we'll get you ready for the season! Remember all tuning jobs include a FREE Hot Wax!

Arnold, CA...Richard “Wayne” Dougherty born 9/21/66 in San Leandro CA. He passed away 11/25/14 early in the morning suddenly. When he was 6 he and his family moved to Washington State to a little town name Snohomish where he graduated from Snohomish High School. When he was 26 he met his love of his life and married her August 27, 1994 in Snohomish Washington. They had their son Joe in 1996 and then their daughter in 1999. They lived in Washington until 2002 when they moved to Arnold, Ca. Wayne had many friends and continued to help when the need arose. He was a loving Husband, Father and Son. Wayne loved Sports of any kind, playing games with his family and friends. He touched many peoples hearts with his love and giving. Wayne was very proud of his son. Wayne loved his family unconditionally....

At higher elevations...scattered snow showers late in the morning...then isolated snow showers in the afternoon. Windy. Highs 17 to 32 higher elevations...30 to 40 lower elevations. Prevailing northeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts to around 50 mph...except northeast 30 to 45 mph with gusts to around 65 mph over ridges. Tonight Mostly clear. At higher elevations...a slight chance of snow showers in the evening. Windy...colder. Lows 2 to 17 higher elevations...15 to 25 lower elevations. Prevailing northeast winds 15 to 30 mph. Gusts up to 55 mph in the evening. Over ridges...prevailing northeast winds 30 to 50 mph decreasing to 20 to 30 mph after midnight...
