Bear Valley, CA...December 13th, 2017 46F @ 5am SSW winds 0-7mph Base Total 7" Season Total 2017/18 - 17". 38F at the base area currently and the wet bulb temps for snow making are aligning currently as I look outside my office window and the meadow snow guns are making snow. The high today looks to come in around 60F or so and East winds will again be in effect. The High pressure ridging we keep talking about is going to be around for the next week as the current models all agree on that yet there is a slight chance of some weather next week around Wednesday possibly(a slim chance but possible). Angels Camp, CA...On December sixth the Bret Harte FFA Chapter held their fourth meeting of the year. At 6 p.m. Greenhand president Bianca Rael introduced the Greenhand Officer team: 1st Vice President Haylee Maddeaux, 2nd Vice President Madison Gaynor, Secretary Hailee Gunter, Treasurer Lance Judson, Reporter Kaitlin Kirkman and Sentinel Isabel Barboza to the chapter and the parents who were in attendance of the meeting. The greenhand officers showed phenomenal leadership qualities throughout the meeting and worked extremely hard to make this meeting as perfect as they possibly could. Later in the meeting Kaegen Moore and the rest of the officer team awarded 63 first year FFA members with their Greenhand degrees. The officer team and the Bret Harte FFA Chapter is exceedingly proud of the Greenhand officer team and the Members who received their Greenhand degrees. At first, all of the members thought it was impossible until it was done.

Big Trees Village, CA...Recreation Activities Manager - Summer 2018. 5 days/week from approximately May - Labor Day, at Big Trees Village pools and park complex. Supervise and schedule lifeguards and other staff. Coordinate social events for members. Assist with management of pools and facilities. Support office manager as needed. Nurture a fun, safe family environment. Minimum qualifications: 21+ years of age; some experience in a recreational environment; great people skills. Preferred additional qualifications: Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and/or First Aid Training; California Food Handlers Certificate; computer skills, e.g., Word, Excel.
