Arnold, CA...Are you looking for a Private Property sign that is Upscale Rustic? You need to say Private Property with just a bit less yellow screaming sign? We did top and just finished a run of live edged, wood signs. Each sign is as unique as the piece of wood they are made of.

Retiring Bristol's Owners Given Key to Arnold |

Arnold, CA...When Patty & Richard finished serving their last customers on July 22 it marked the end of the 21 year run for the beloved Bristol's Ranch House Cafe. It also marked the beginning of their retirement and a bit more leisure. GABA or the Greater Arnold Business Association couldn't let the event pass unnoticed and presented them with their inaugural "Key to the Community" award and invited them to be the Grand Marshals of the 2025 GABA Independence Day Parade.

Arnold, CA...The 2024 Arnold Classic Car show is in the books. Last Saturday 111 beautiful pieces of rolling art graced the parking lots at White Pines Park. This event is one of the largest fundraisers of the year for the volunteer run and community funded White Pines Park. We tried to get at least one shot of every vehicle that was on the grounds when we were there. 126 photos are in the photo album & video from the event are below...

Arnold, CA…We will be back live soon after we finish a couple more infrastructure projects. For this morning we have the video from the 2024 Arnold Classic Car Show. Mornings with the One Percent™ is live weekday mornings. The premise for the show is that the USDA ranked all 3,142 counties or county equivalents in the USA on a livability or desirability scale based on factors such as climate, scenic beauty, bodies of water for recreation, humidity and much more. All of our area ranked not only in the top one percent but in the top one half of one percent.
