We would like to express our thanks to our new broadcasting team, Jeremy Leonard & Scott Soracco, as they will be joining us again this evening. Angels Camp, CA.....Last year Bret Harte vs. Calaveras football game was up for voting at KCRA and was voted game of the week. Reporters came out and videotaped the game and showed replays during the evening news. This year Bret Harte and Calaveras have been chosen to be on the voting ballet at http://sacramento.highschoolplaybook.com/. Visit the KCRA website and vote for our local high schools. Scroll down to poll: What should be the game of the week, Friday November 14th? Voting ends November 12th at 9pm. As of 10:48am this morning Bret Harte had received 12,084 votes and has 8% of the votes. With two schools over 40% of the votes we need your help. If you would like to vote to bring KCRA back here on Friday evening for the Big Game Click and Vote Here!

Angels Camp, CA...Jeremy Leonard & Scott Soracco joined us on Friday night to add "play by play" to our broadcasts. They will be back next week as well to Bring you the 2008 playing of the Big Game. We would like to thank them for assisting us! Friday night the Frogs did come up on the short end of the score but they were able to move the sticks and Joe O'Gorman drove in a couple of field goals including another strike of over 40 yards. Game replay footage is enclosed...

At the half we are Argonaut 21, Bret Harte 3. Bret Harte's score came on a 42 yard Joe O'Gorman kick. The final score Bret Harte 6, Argonaut 28. Calaveras High School won their game tonight against Summerville, 32/19.

The Angels Murphys Arnold Boosters Club Youth Snowsports program supports the involvement of Calaveras County kids in a range of winter sports activities and helps them build active life-long skills. Now in its second year, the effort will expand to serve more schools on the Ebbetts Pass corridor as well as funding athlete participation in the competitive team program at Bear Valley Mountain Resort.....

Linden, CA...Friday Night on a soggy field in Linden the Bret Harte Bullfrogs Hopped convincingly back into the win column. The Victory made for a pleasant ride home. We would like to thank Jeff Rasmussen for another round of great photos!!

Jackson, CA...Argonaut 35 - Calaveras 14 Final. The Redskins' 19 Mother Lode League winning streak comes to an end tonight. Bret Harte 17 - Linden 6th Final!! Bret Harte gets back into the win column!! Summerville 40 - Amador 13 Final. We will be back broadcasting live next week.

| Angels Camp, CA....Here are the BH results for the MLL Finals at Frogtown. The frogs had a pretty good day. In 3 of the 4 races they almost had a perfect sweep (the 1st 5 places) In each race someone else took 5th and we were 6th. Girls had a much tougher time though. Katie O is still out, and we ran a lot of our younger injured girls down on Frosh-Soph. Summerville girls ran very strong as a.... |
