Bear Valley, CA...The 2009-2009 Bear Valley Ski Season is now officially in the history books. There will be a few more snow cat ski excursions but the lifts have spun for their last regularly scheduled day. The 09 Slush Cup featured the largest field in it's 4 year history. One of the races within the competition was the battle between 60 plus year old, Jere Foutz and 12 year old, Bear Valley racer, Erik Arvidsson. They were battling it out for bragging rights to the fastest times of the day. They may have been separated by over 40 years chronologically but...

San Andreas, CA....One subject that jumped out at the famous "Public Comment" portion of the Board of Supervisors meeting this morning was about an issue we heard while out and about yesterday.
