Traffic Update....Driverless Old Ford Truck Turning Circles Near Hwy 88 & Buckhorn |

| Pioneer, CA...Earlier this morning there was something we don't see everyday. An old Ford pickup was reported turning circles on Hwy 88 near Buckhorn. Traffic was backed up while they waited for it to run out of gas. How they determined it was on empty while it was moving is still undetermined. Traffic was backed up for awhile but the incident has been cleared. Welcome to 2015 everyone.... |

| Jackson, CA....Crews are still on scene of an accident were a Ford Ranger went across all the lanes and hit a tree. The the subject was trapped in the vehicle and later it was reported that they had passed away. Let's be careful out there.... |

Court Halts Construction Of Pine Grove Dollar General Project |

Jackson, CA...On November 14, 2014 Amador County Superior Court Judge Steven Hermanson ordered construction activities for the proposed Dollar General store in Pine Grove must stop immediately. On October 24, 2014 Amador County issued a building permit to property owner Del Rapini to begin construction of the project. Last week the Pine Grove Business Alliance, a group of Pine Grove residents and business owners, filed a legal action challenging that permit. The lawsuit asserts that the Dollar General store proposed for that location violates the County's zoning ordinance and General Plan, and that the County had failed to evaluate or mitigate environmental impacts from the project as required by CEQA -- the California Environmental Quality Act...
