These works include the favorite country/Kentucky translation guide, and of course the always hilarious ‘rattler’ and ‘bovine beauty parade’ stories, not to mention the questionable sometimes laughable herding techniques of city girls turned country....

"I did not know Gavin. However, i will never be able to forget his name. I was here, in Afghanistan, when Gavin started his last journey home. I wish his family to know that as we few hundred stood on that flightline for a memorial to honor his great sacrifice that his actions will not be in vane and will never be forgotten! I will never be able to forget those moments, the image of a young man i never met, who gave something that most in our great land will never, ever be able to comprehend. May god be with his family and his wife. Rest assured that his memory will live on!" Comment On Article....Author Unknown

Copperopolis, CA...Opening night for Music in the Parks in Copperopolis Town Square brought to you by the Calaveras Arts Council was an amazingly uplifting experience. The crowds began to claim their slice of shaded lawn early in the evening, setting out blankets, and picnics fit for a king. Snaps had their fair share of wine sippers enjoying the unobstructed view of the gazebo from the patio, while ice cream lovers devoured cones from Cruiser’s. A few of man’s best friend were also present, patiently awaiting the music with ......

I would like to give you a little background on why I personally felt a VFW post was necessary. ....
