San Andreas, CA...There are new dogs at the shelter! Elizabeth is a (approximatley) 6 year old Doxie mix. Shots on intake & up to date on rabies. She is very affectionate but, may be a little hyper for small children. Dawn is a labrador mix about 2 years old. Dawn has not had much training. She is looking for an active person or family who has time for training and activities that include her...

Copperopolis, CA..Today, September 17, is the 226th Anniversary of the historical signing of the U.S. Constitution. I think, if we would but follow the constitution, most of our problems would disappear and our children could look forward to living in a free and prosperous county. Here is what the father of our country had to say about this document: "I consider myself honored to have presided over the Constitutional Convention that conceived of this document. It took several months and was the subject of much debate until, I believe, with the help of the Almighty, it came together in its final form. I venture to say that this document described a unique form of government unlike any other heretofore experienced, respecting the freedom and rights of the individual....
