CCWD General Manager to Leave the District for Opportunity in Southern California

San Andreas, CA....The Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) Board of Directors has announced that Joone Lopez, the General Manager, will be leaving the District to lead Moulton Niguel Water District as their new General Manager. Originally from Southern California, Lopez expressed mixed emotions in accepting a great opportunity that will return her back to her family and leaving Calaveras County, which she has embraced as her new home.
San Andreas, CA – Between May 18th at 12:01 am to May 20th at 11:59 pm, the San Andreas CHP handled 2 traffic collisions, both were solo vehicles, one was a motorcycle, and none of the collisions were DUI related. However, there were 2 people arrested for Driving Under the Influence....
