The purpose of the zone change is to reflect current land use and future uses for small-scale wine tasting and special events. San Andreas, CA...PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249 2017-122 AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 17 RELATED TO MEDICAL CANNABIS DISPENSARIES: The County proposes to amend Title 17 to modify Chapter 17.91 related to medical cannabis dispensaries to bring it into compliance with state law. The proposed amendments to Title 17 are exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). The activity is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.
