The applicant is requesting approval of a Zoning Amendment to change the zoning of the subject property from RR-5 (Rural Residential-5 acre minimum) to RA (Residential Agriculture). The subject property is 12.85 acres and located at 7653 Cave City Rd, APNs 036-031-020 and 036-031-021. The two parcels have recently been merged through a lot line adjustment; a new, single APN has not yet been assigned. Each bid shall specify each and every item as set forth in the Proposal Specifications. Any and all exceptions must be clearly stated in the bid. Rollover Collision, Minor Injuries & DUI for Fond Du Lac Man

Mountain Ranch, CA...A 22 year old, Fond Du Lac, WI man was traveling northbound on Mountain Ranch Road south of Rodesino Road at an unknown rate of speed in his 2006 Chevy, while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Due to his level of intoxication, he failed to safely negotiate the curved roadway, drove onto the southbound embankment and overturned. After the collision, the Chevy came to rest on its wheels facing in an easterly direction in the southbound lane and southbound embankment. He was arrested for driving under the influence.
