Murphys, CA...It is always great to see a project come to fruition and another business open in our area. If you happened to drive through Murphys the last few days you had to notice the packed parking lots and the lines at our areas newest dining establishment. The Watering Hole is now open and putting smiles on many, many faces. A few photos below are from Thursday evening last week.

Bear Valley, CA...In the winter we open the Meadow Cafe located 350 yards from the trailhead. Skiers, snowshoers, and pedestrians access the cafe on groomed trails and enjoy “alpine cuisine” on the deck or cozy indoor seating. New for the 2019/2020 winter season, a special Après-Ski menu is served Thursday through Saturday from 3:30-6:30pm.

Angels Camp, CA..(Frogtown, USA)...The Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee received 13 different awards at the January Western Fairs Association Convention. One of the awards was an Achievement Award for Guest Services during the annual Fair. The Calaveras Chamber of Commerce is our program partner. They facilitate guest services during the event. The Calaveras County Fair presented their award to the Chamber of Commerce. Without our community partners we could not facilitate the annual fair. Our success is their success!
