Arlington, Virginia...Thank you. Thank you, thank you. Thank you, Mr. Secretary. Folks, being President of the United States, you are afforded many opportunities to try to express your love, commitment, and admiration for the American people. And I must say to you that the single greatest honor I’ve been afforded as President is to stand before so many of you, those Medal of Honor winners out there, and talk about Veterans Day and veterans.

Murphys, CA...EPVMD's Veteran's Day Program to Return in 2022! The ageing Veterans are an especially sensitive demographic and in an abundance of caution the Veteran's program will return next year. What follows is our coverage from 2019. It was another great Veteran's Day and Veteran's Day programs from Veteran's Memorial Park in Murphys. On a sad note the number World War Two Veteran's in attendance dropped to two. Over the last few years the number has dropped from a dozen or so to now this year just two. Everyday the last of the Greatest Generation leaves the stage. The Albert Michelson Elementary school students delivered great addresses and proved that the future of our Republic is in good hands with the future generations.

Starting Today Fully Vaccinated Travelers Permitted to Enter U.S. via Land and Ferry Border Crossings

Washington, DC...Starting today, foreign nationals who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and have appropriate documentation will be permitted to enter the United States via land ports of entry (POEs) and ferry terminals for non-essential reasons such as tourism. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reminds these travelers to be prepared to (1) provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination, as outlined on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website; and (2) verbally attest to their reason for travel and COVID-19 vaccination status during a border inspection.
