San Andreas, CA... Meet Gabriel - a handsome shorthaired white and orange older junior tabby. Over-the-top friendly and a real cuddle bug, Gabriel has yet to meet a human he doesn’t like. He adores being held and absolutely melts in your arms when picked up. Gabriel must be an indoors only kitty, though - not only because his light coloring will attract predators but also because he has a penchant for climbing tall trees and needs help in getting down. In fact, that is how he found his way to the shelter after being rescued. Gabriel would do well in most any household where he can get the love and attention he craves.

The Commission’s goal with these workshops is to learn from diverse voices across the state. Participants from the region are encouraged to share their perspective on conveyance infrastructure needs and priorities, effective partnerships, public benefits of conveyance, possible criteria to assess resilience, efforts in preparing for changing hydrology, and effective financing mechanisms. The workshops are not associated with the pending proposal to improve conveyance through the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
