Phase One of Angels Camp Fire Department Remodeling Project Has Been Completed ~By Hanna Alldrin

Angels Camp, CA.....Phase one of the Angels Camp Fire Department remodeling project has been completed. The 13x12 food day room was completed last month. "The day room is a place where the firefighters can relax during the evening hours," shared Lieutenant Tom Starks. The next phase of the addition will begin once structure plans are approved by the City of Angels....

Crews have just cleared the roadway for a solo vehicle non-injury rollover that occurred this evening at 4637 Mountain Ranch Road. Be careful out there.

Emergency crews have been called to a collision at Mountain Ranch Road at Michel Road. Please use caution in the area. Update: "Apparently the two cars crashed independently of each other and landed just inches apart. The "Arctic Mile" claims another two vehicles. Everyone walked away with minor injuries thank goodness. Central Fire assisted San Andreas Fire in handling the incident." Bill Schmiett.

Sacramento, CA...We had the great honor of receiving an invitation to participate in a day of CHP Boot Camp in West Sacramento. Only 24 media outlets were selected in California to participate, and ThePineTree.net was one of the lucky ones! The video enclosed is almost 3 hours of raw video to show you just how how hard these CHP Academy Cadets really work and is done by one of our freelancer's, Jason Buchanan. "We recently had the honor of attending the California Highway Patrol Academy in Sacramento. We were asked to come down and experience what it would be like to be a cadet for a day, so myself and a good friend of mine from Calaveras County and a Bret Harte graduate, Jeffery Bodenmueller, decided to take the challenge....
