Modesto Man Arrested for Drugs & Stolen Gun

Sonora, CA...Last night, Deputy V. Lee stopped a car for suspended registration. The driver, 58-year-old George Schmidt of Modesto, also had a suspended driver license. Deputy Lee searched the vehicle and located a holster containing a revolver and ammunition under the driver seat.

Santa Anna, CA...Victims were videotaped suffering from seizure-like symptoms, vomiting, and difficulty breathing; several victims were given beer in exchange for eating poisoned food. A 38-year-old man has been charged with poisoning eight homeless people, including an elderly person, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, in a series of attacks that were videotaped to record the victims’ reactions to eating food laced with oleoresin capsicum, which is twice as strong as the pepper spray used by police.

Sacramento, CA...The Judicial Council of California voted to end the COVID-19 emergency bail schedule, as California begins a phased re-opening and courts restore services shuttered due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Judicial Council voted 17-2 to rescind, effective June 20, the COVID-19 temporary bail schedule that set presumptive bail at $0 for people accused of lower-level crimes, a measure to curb the spread of COVID-19 in jails and surrounding communities.
West Point Man Lost His Life Last Night in Vehicle vs Tree Collision

West Point, CA...On June 10, 2020 at approximately 2316 hours, Alexander Beard, 27 from West Point was driving his Dodge pickup on eastbound SR-26, east of Stanley Road. As Mr. Beard was negotiating a curve in the roadway for eastbound traffic, he allowed his vehicle to travel into the westbound lane, where he lost control of the truck. The Dodge continued off of the roadway, onto the north shoulder of SR-26, where it collided with a tree.

Los Angeles, CA...Xin Wang, a scientific researcher and officer with the People’s Republic of China’s (PRC) People’s Liberation Army (PLA), was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) while attempting to depart the United States for Tianjin, China, and was charged with visa fraud, announced United States Attorney David L. Anderson and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge John F. Bennett.
Tuoulumne Search & Rescue Brought Female Hiker 700ft Back Up Embankment to Safety

Columbia, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Office...Monday night, just after 8:30 pm, we received information a couple were hiking near the river on Italian Bar Road in Columbia when the female had slipped down the embankment and got stuck. Tuolumne County Sheriff's Search & Rescue team (TCSAR) were activated in response. When TCSAR arrived, they determined the hiker was stuck approximately 700 feet down the embankment. TCSAR set up a technical rope system from the roadway, lowered a SAR member down to the hiker, and successfully hauled the hiker up to safety.
The Battle of Seattle: Protesters Take Over City Hall and Create 'Autonomous Zone'

Seattle, WA...The Defund the Police movement has taken it to another level in Seattle. BLM, Antifa and Defund the Police protesters have taken over 6 city blocks and declared and have declared it the Capital Hill Autonomous Zone or CHAZ. It is complete with barricades, armed guards with some reports of said guards asking for protection money from businesses withing the zone. A couple of video clips are below...including a livestream of the festivities. According to some on the ground they plan on keeping the area as long as possible.
