Houston, TX..."Before the court is the petitioners’ emergency motion to stay enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard (the “Mandate”) pending expedited judicial review. Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court." Update from CCSO on Shooting in Arnold Last Night.

Arnold, CA...."Last evening CCSO 911 received a call at 8:56 PM regarding the shooting. Caller reported a male was shot in a lower extremity in the 1800 block of Hwy 4, Arnold. Victim was transported to a valley trauma center for treatment. CCSO detectives were called out to collect evidence and interview persons involved. Discovered the male was shot during an unverified disagreement. Ongoing investigation no further information at this time.

Sacramento Woman Lost Her Life in Fatal Amador County Collision

Jackson, CA...11/06/2021, at approximately 1626 hours, CHP Stockton Communications Center received reports of a multiple vehicle traffic collision on State Route 16, west of Latrobe Road, within unincorporated Amador County. Several agencies including CHP-Amador, CALFIRE, Amador Fire, and the Amador County Sheriff Department responded to the collision. Upon arrival of emergency responders, three involved vehicles were located at the collision scene.

Arnold, CA...There was a shooting earlier this evening at a home just west of Dollar General on Hwy 4. Details will be released by the Sheriff's Office . When we were on scene officers & investigators were in the house still processing the scene. At least on injured party was transported to a valley trauma center. Details tomorrow...
