Don Pedro, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Dept..."There was quite a bit of activity on Lake Don Pedro Saturday afternoon during the 2019 Poker Run Event. A large three-story house boat located in the Mexican Gulch area of the lake near Blue Oaks Campground, served as one of the check-in stations. At one point during the event the vessel became overloaded with too many people on one side which caused it to tip and take on water. Everyone aboard was able to exit the vessel before our boating enforcement unit arrived. A pontoon boat tied to the side of the house boat also capsized and sank.
