Want to Get Your Family Excited About Snowsports? The Sun Is Your Friend! ~By John Hamilton

Posted by: thepinetree on 12/20/2013 04:16 PM
Bear Valley, CA....If you are looking at getting your family away from their "Screen Addictions" and outside to play now is actually the perfect time. The sunny skies and beginner to moderate terrain that are typically available under early season and man made conditions are learning time. These conditions are your best friends to building a life long relationship with snow for your family. Coming from someone who has driven tens of thousands of miles in snow and blizzard conditions. I have also acted as a human pack mule for skis, boots, poles, ski clothes, extra race equipment, kids of various ages and more in all sorts of weather....trust me when I say that sun and moderate snow amounts are your best friends for keeping your family as excited for their next trip to the ski resort as their first. This is especially true when skiing and riding skills are in their infancy...

We included a clip of young Austrians learning to ski. Since they seemingly can win World Cup races while still in diapers. The group above seems quite mortal though...
