Third-Annual 'Art, Jazz & Wine on the Square' Coming to Copperopolis |

Copperopolis, CA...Copperopolis Town Square – the events, shopping and entertainment gathering place in Calaveras County – will host the third-annual “Art, Jazz & Wine on the Square” event on Saturday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For the first time, wine will be made available to attendees as they peruse the work of local artists. Beautiful hand-crafted paintings, jewelry, woodwork and more will be available at the show. A raffle for select pieces of artwork, wine and other items is scheduled as well...

San Andreas, CA...For over two decades, Calaveras Arts Council has hosted free summer concerts. Music in the Parks 2013 will be another great music series. The first day of summer starts a week earlier in Calaveras County. On Wednesday, June 12, the Calaveras Arts Council begins its 22nd year of providing free music in the county parks from Copperopolis to Arnold, and Valley Springs to Rail Road Flat. This fun fill musical road show is called Music in the Parks. Residents and visitors pack up their favorite picnic treats, pull together their lawn chairs and blankets, and set out for ten weeks of great music, family friendly environments, and kick back to savor the experience....

Sonora, CA...The Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce the opening of the new “Yosemite Gold Country Vacation Station,” a new Visitor Information Center located in historic downtown Sonora. The new facility, located in Day-O Plaza, has easy access for passersby as well as ample parking for visitors.
