Murphys, CA...The Garden in Murphys, a beautiful venue owned by Steve and Carolyn Gonzales, will be the site of a Hawaiian-themed dinner dance put on by the Murphys Community Club to raise funds to maintain and improve the heavily used Murphys Park. The event will be Saturday, September 10 starting at 6 p.m. The much loved park is the scene of many events throughout the year including First Friday in the Park, Grape Stomp, Calaveras Community Band Concerts, the Angels Murphys Rotary Shrimp Feed, family picnics, weddings, to name a few.
