Angels Camp, CA...The BluesBox Bayou Band is about making music for your feet, no pretenses, no big hair, no spandex pants… just a down home approach to making good music. From the humblest beginnings in 1996, the BluesBox Bayou Band has been on a road of discovery for over fifteen years. Performing in the Louisiana tradition, they have played up and down the west coast from Oregon to Southern Cal and have recorded over five studio CDs. They're headliners in numerous venues; we're very lucky to have them perform for us in Utica Park where the community can hear them admission free.

Since forming in Boston in 2009, Nashville- based string band Della Mae has established a reputation as a charismatic live act comprised of some of the finest players in bluegrass, Americana and beyond. Hospital Foundation Announces Winners of the Barger 2018 Golf Outing

Angels Camp, CA...The 11th annual Barger Golf Outing was held on Monday, June 4th at Greenhorn Creek Resort. The annual charity tournament attracted 120 golfers who competed in a modified scramble with scoring based on the “blind bogie” method. The day’s activities raised $60,000 bringing the cumulative event total to more than a half a million dollars. All proceeds from the tournament benefited the Mark Twain Medical Center Foundation’s Women’s Health Fund.
