The Resource Connection Calaveras Crisis Center is excited to announce a month full of classes to provide opportunities for survivors of sexual assault (or any type of abuse) to explore alternative healing methods during the month of April for Sexual Assault Awareness month.

"Life after abuse means that you are capable of making healthy and empowering choices, connect with yourself, love yourself and dare to let other people into your heart again. Abuse can have many faces – sexual, physical, emotional, verbal and even energetic abuse. What they all have in common is that they leave hidden traces of unhealthy self-sabotaging programs within their victims; even long after the abuse has stopped and despite various therapies and treatments. In this free workshop you will experience how these blockages can be transformed into release that makes life after abuse a joyful and fulfilling reality." - Rita Harrison.
