October 10 BASQUE REVISITED with Aubrey
Hanshaw Basque cooking comes naturally to Chef Aubrey. Her Great Grandfather came here from the French Basque countryside. Come learn her secrets as she prepares time honored family recipes passed down through generations. Aubrey’s menu will include: Grampa Jacks Lamb Shanks with Thai Lemongrass Mint Reduction, Basque Beans with chorizo, and a Lavender Chipotle salad with petite Basque cheese.
Class Fee is $45 per person
Two Classes 10am-12pm, 6pm-8pm
