All Day Safe Sitter Class To Be Held November 24
Sonora, CA...Sonora Regional Medical Center is a registered Safe Sitter teaching site and is offering a Safe Sitter class to teach students about emergency, safety, and basic childcare skills. This comprehensive babysitting program is for young adolescents 11 years and older. Class will be held on November 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in conference room 1 at the Medical Center.

This nationally recognized program was started by Dr. Patricia Keener, board-certified pediatrician. Students who complete the program will gain confidence and learn how to prevent injuries and problem behavior. Students will receive a completion card after passing a written test.

The cost is $55, which includes materials and snacks. Class size is limited to 16 students and the deadline to register is November 20. For more information or to register please call 536-3727 or email Amy.Rolston@ah.org.
