Stand Up Comedy Night in Angels Camp
Comedy Night
Headliner Jason Resler will be appearing for a night of stand up comedy at Camp's Restaurant in Angel's Camp on Thursday, Nov. 14th.
Resler has performed improv with Academy Award winner Robin Williams. And the Sacramento News & Review deemed Jason as having "Sharp, smart material that kept the crowd in hysterics!" Jason was named among America's Top Working Comedians by Entertainment Business Journal. Resler has appeared on Comedy Central's Laugh Riots and Comedy Time.
Featuring the show is Kevin Young. Young, who has performed for sixteen years, appeared in a show with Robin Williams and performed in front of a crowd of 1,600 at the Montbleu Casino in Lake Tahoe.
Hosting the show is Jim Farrell, who has performed in clubs and colleges throughout the country.
Dinner will be at 6:00 p.m. and the comedy show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $65 for dinner and the show. And tickets for the show are $25.

Lecture - American Indian Heritage Month
Nov. 14, 6:30 p.m. refreshments, 7 - 8 p.m. Lecture
In honor of American Indian Heritage Month, Tribal Cultural Resource Specialist and Tribal Vice-Chairperson for the Calaveras Band of Mi-Wuk Indians, Debra Lynn Grimes will be speaking on the history of information pertaining to her decade of work with the Angels Bypass that the tribe and Davis King & Associates were involved with through surveys, ethnography research, archaeological investigations, and construction.
Cost: free museum members; $10 non-members
